On Friday, Feb. 14, former Roane County High School standout Nathan McNelley’s current college team, the UVA Wise Cavaliers, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.

The game took place at Ron Christopher Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. at Ron Christopher Stadium against Wingate Bulldogs.
