On Saturday, March 15, former Maryville High School standout Kristy McCord’s current college team, the Concord Mountain Lions, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at UC Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 12 p.m. at Lady Jackets Field against West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.
