On Sunday, March 16, former Maryville High School standout Tanner Shiver’s current college team, the Louisville Cardinals, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The game took place at Jim Patterson Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Tar Heels this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Northern Kentucky Norse.
