On Friday, Feb. 7, former Oliver Springs High School standout Chloe Lackey’s current college team, the South Carolina Gamecocks, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Carolina Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 6:05 p.m. at Carolina Softball Stadium against Saint Francis Red Flash.
