On Thursday, Feb. 6, former Oliver Springs High School standout Chloe Lackey’s current college team, the South Carolina Gamecocks, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Carolina Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 2:30 p.m. at Carolina Softball Stadium against Virginia Cavaliers.
