On Saturday, March 15, former William Blount High School standout Rohde Kirkland’s current college team, the King Tornado, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Chowan Hawks.

The game took place at King Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Tornado’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 12 a.m. at Henderson Field against Mars Hill Mountain Lions.
