On Saturday, March 29, former Greenback high school standout Katie Jones’ current college team, the Tusculum Pioneers, lost 12-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Catawba Indians.

The game took place at Whitley Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Indians this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 1 p.m. at Ponder Field against Mars Hill Lions.
