The Longer Table Food Ministry offers a free hot meal every Friday from 6:00 - 8:00pm at First Baptist Alcoa Church in the Family Life Center located at 819 Gilbert St. Alcoa, TN.
I want to thank Tom Williamson and his team of volunteers for the invitation to join them last Friday. Tom has started a wonderful service to assist his neighbors that have fallen on hard times. Tom and all of the volunteers are very friendly and have worked hard to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Everyone is welcome. Please feel free to join them on Fridays, reach out to support the ministry, or share this information with someone else who might be served by the Longer Table.
