It's not often, if even ever, that I get to present an employee with a Certificate of Appreciation for over 40 years of service to Blount County.
Selena Norton has dedicated much of her life to serving Blount County citizens. She has touched so many lives and leaves an amazing legacy with her work at the Blount County Health Department. Thank you aren't adequate words.
